Terms & Conditions

• The client should provide all necessary contents before the commencement of the project.
• There will be no refunds once a project has been booked and funds accepted
• The Web Doctor will charge for any content preparation (Language/Grammar Enhancing, Image, Scanning etc.) as per the market rates.
• In the Case of Google App email id’s the client will be using his credit card while signing up to this facility. The billing is split between 2 parties Google & The Web Doctor
• There will be a recurring cost of Rs.500 per month charged as the hire of the Content management system in a rolling 12 months format (in case of any further details please speak to our Sales Division) – The CMS is meant for clients who wish to edit the content on their website on their own without any professional charge to be borne. This cost is included ON CLIENT DEMAND BASIS ONLY.
• The Web Doctor is not responsible for any copyrighted content on the client's website. (Please be sure that you are not putting any thing in your website that belongs to or is a property of others without their permission).
• Receiving a payment from the client to proceed with the development of the website irrespective of The Web Doctor receiving a signed copy states that all the terms mentioned in this proposal are accepted by the client.
• In case of delayed payments The Web Doctor reserves the right to switch off services and will resume the same after levying a 20% penalty fee of the total project amount.
• Any changes to the structure or appearance of the designs or website will be charged as update charges accordingly if not mentioned in the opening brief of the site.
• The website files will not be handed over as the hosting is compulsory at our end.
• All cheques and demand draft, M.O. should be in the favour of “The Web Doctor”.
• Support available for clients is limited to entity and can change from time to time.

• Any government levies will be to your account at the time of billing.
• All renewals of domains and hosting accounts will have to be intimated to The Web Doctor via mail to info@thewebdoctor.firm.in 45 days in advance to the date of expiry. If the intimation is not made then we will not be responsible for the domain’s non-activation.
• All hosting servers will be xeon servers.
• Details within Quotation are subject to be changed without any prior notice outside the validity period.
• Maximum time period for completion of development would be three months from date of receipt of payment. “The Web Doctor” will not be held responsible for websites that cross deadlines if content is not submitted15days prior to the end of this period. In such cases it is the decision of “The Web Doctor” to develop or decline development without repayment of funds already accepted.
